A playful, gently sweet sparkling rosé with a pale pink hue and delicate bubbles. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and other red berries are joined by a soft vanilla and candyfloss note. The palate is fruity and rounded, with a fine mousse and refreshing acidity balancing its sweetness for a lively, easy-drinking finish. Blended from red varieties including Merlot, Tannat, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec; particularly appealing as an aperitif or with fruit desserts.
