Prices are quoted inclusive of UK duty and VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices and pass on increases should they be incurred without prior notice. You will appreciate that stock positions and prices are subject to continual change and revision. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to offer a substitute of a similar item of equivalent or higher value or arrange an alternative resolution. Goods supplied remain Mr & Mrs Fine Wine’s property until payment has been received.
Payment should be made at the time of ordering by switch, delta or credit card and PayPal. By placing an order on Mr & Mrs Fine Wine’s website you are confirming you are over 18 years old.
We retain the right to cancel an order and credit it in full.
Vintages. We will always endeavour to update vintage information on the website. We reserve the right to change to a newer vintage without prior notice should stock of the advertised vintage not be available.
Substitute wines may be used to complete an order if a particular wine is out of stock. In these instances, a member of our staff will endeavour to contact you to explain the situation and, where appropriate, to discuss the possible alternatives. In the absence of instructions to the contrary, an appropriate substitute may be used to complete an order.
Damaged or missing wine or cases damaged in transit must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. Please contact us on 01636 918 182. Cases should be opened and examined on arrival. If this is not possible, the carrier’s sheet will be signed “unexamined’.
Faulty wine. If you discover a faulty wine that you have bought from us, please retain the packaging and telephone on 01636 918 182 or contact us to organise a credit or replacement.
Missing delivery. If you are expecting a delivery and have not received it within 3 working days, please notify us.
Cancellation of an order is possible in part or in full, for up to 14 days after the delivery is made. We will then arrange collection of the wine and reimbursement of the appropriate sum. Collection or reimbursement can only be made on products that remain in a saleable condition. There may be an additional charge for collection of a cancelled order.

Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers are only redeemable in store.
Promotional vouchers and discount codes. Vouchers and discount codes can only be used online and as stated in the offer. No cash alternative is offered. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to buy gift vouchers. The voucher is not transferable.
