Perlage Animae Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, Veneto, Italy ORGANIC

An elegant, finely sparkling Prosecco made from Glera grapes, with a brilliant straw colour and a delicate, persistent mousse. Aromas of fresh apple, pear and white flowers mingle with gentle bread-crust and mineral notes. The palate is creamy yet precise, bringing crisp white-fleshed fruit, subtle yeast complexity and a harmonious, long, dry finish. Made from organically grown grapes using a slow Charmat-method secondary fermentation in tank, with no added sulphites during vinification. Organic and vegan-friendly.
