Tierra Noble Tequila Reposado, Mexico 70cl 40% ABV

At 7,200 ft. above sea level surrounded by the spectacular view of the mountains in La Sierra del Tigre in the south of Jalisco, La Estacada is one of the highest distilleries in the world and home of Tierra Noble. Here the freshness of the forest, the purest air and water straight from the spring become the underlying elements of Tierra Noble’s greatness, whilst the low altitude temperatures contribute to the slow, rich and aromatic fermentation of the agave.

The delicate balance between the notes of agave and the subtlety of the American white oak lets us discover a smooth tequila with great presence among the careful solera system selections, ending in Tierra Noble’s perfect gold.

Rich and complex, pleasant wooden notes, dried fruit, vanilla and a slight touch of chocolate. Notes of prune, toasted almond, vanilla and a light presence of caramel. Rich and balanced.
