Tierra Noble Tequila Blanco, Mexico 70cl 40% ABV

At 7,200 ft. above sea level surrounded by the spectacular view of the mountains in La Sierra del Tigre in the south of Jalisco, La Estacada is one of the highest distilleries in the world and home of Tierra Noble. Here the freshness of the forest, the purest air and water straight from the spring become the underlying elements of Tierra Noble’s greatness, whilst the low altitude temperatures contribute to the slow, rich and aromatic fermentation of the agave.

Very well defined, strong presence of cooked agave, herbal notes, mint and citrus, with a light gleam of anise. Smooth and fresh with a building intensity; notes of raw agave give a long, rich and balanced finish.
