Domaine René Cacheux Chambolle-Musigny 2019, Burgundy, France

Domaine René Cacheux is a fourth generation estate, comprising just 3 hectares in the villages of Vosne and Chambolle.

A few rows of vines produce a wonderful Burgundy. Aged for 18 months in oak (30% new) the wine is deeply coloured, with a bouquet of red berries and oak, with a palate rich with fruit and spice, with fine, voluptuous  tannins.

Ideal with lamb or duck.
