Domaine Remi Jeanniard Chambolle Musigny Vieille Vignes 2021, Burgundy, France

The family estate was created in 2004. Their vineyard holdings cover 5.8 hectares over 3 communes; Morey-Saint-Denis, Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny in the heart of the Côtes de Nuits. The vines are grown showing great respect for the land and the unique wine produced reflects the Pinot Noir grape variety, the vintage and the terroir. Yields are strictly controlled and all grapes are harvested by hand.

Produced from old vines, this is Côtes de Nuits Burgundy with power and grace, with an expressive nose of cherry, rose and a certain savoury note. On the palate it is sumptuous, harmonious and has great length with flavours of black cherry, anise and sweet spices.
