Gaelle and Jerome Meunier (she a wine scientist, he a former ‘regisseur’) farm a few hectares in Mercurey and Puligny.

This is from a few rows of vines in the region de Mercurey. Hand-picked grapes are fermented in stainless steel before maturation in used barriques for 10 months.

A charming approachable white Burgundy with an enticing nose of herbs, citrus and buttercup and a crisp, high-toned palate.
