Domaine Billard Père et Fils Hautes Cote de Beaune ‘La Justice’ Blanc 2024, Burgundy, France

Domaine Billard is based in La Rocheport, just west of Saint Aubin, and extends to 18 hectares. Things are a bit ‘old-school’ here; vineyards are tended with the help of Raphael, a Percheron horse! In addition, red grapes are still foot trodden.

This is great value white Burgundy with a nose of citrus, herbs and meadow flowers and a palate of  butter, oak and decent weight.
