Saranson-Dupré’s 17 hectares of vines are in a favoured site nestled between Listrac’s best known estates, the Fourcas of Dupré and Hosten.
This Cru Bourgeois is based on Merlot and Cabernet Franc with a ‘seasoning’ of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere. Matured in barriques (30% first fill) this is a bold well-structured claret with oodles of plum, blackberry, new oak and liquorice. Drinking well now, it will continue to give pleasure until 2030.
