50 % Cabernet-Sauvignon, 40 % Merlot, 10 % Cabernet-Franc.
Harvesting is done entirely by hand to maintain the quality of the fruit. The grapes are fermented in tank at 28 degrees centigrade and transferred to barrel where the wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels before being bottled at the Château.
Red in colour with hints of ruby. Attractive red fruits on the nose. Harmonious, plump and elegant on the palate with a long, silky finish. Classic and refined.
Pair with beef, lamb, roast chicken.
