Holden Manz Chenin Blanc, Franschhoek, South Africa

An elegant, perfumed example of Chenin Blanc from Franschhoek with notes of jasmine, citrus, tropical notes, gooseberries, white flowers,  and a whiff of white peach. Hints of fresh brioche and oak. On the palate, expect pear, quince, and lemon, with lingering flavours of summer melon and persimmon. Medium bodied with refreshing acidity.

Pair this wine with a lightly spiced calamari salad, clam chowder, or herb crusted goat’s cheese to name a few!
