Domaine Gayda Flying Solo Rosé, IGP Pays d’Oc, Languedoc, France

A bright, dry southern French rosé made from Grenache and Cinsault. Pale salmon-pink in the glass, it opens with elderflower, acacia blossom, wild strawberry and pink grapefruit. Raspberry and fresh citrus unfold across a lively palate, with a soft mid-palate texture balanced by tangy acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Direct pressing and cool fermentation preserve its floral precision, while a short spell on fine lees adds subtle roundness. Vegan-friendly.
