Anaë Gin is an organic gin, certified at several steps in the production process; 100% French Organic Wine Grapes; 100% Organic certified ingredients, using 8 botanicals all sourced in France; Juniper, Chamomile, Cornflower, Lemon Thyme, Lemon Verbena, Coriander, Fenugreek and Maceron seeds.

Citrus nose of mandarin and kumquatwith fresh pear. Spices of Szechuan pepper and anise are also present. The nose finishes with white flowers, blueberry and a hint of dried walnut. On the palate this spirit is beautifully complex with vegetal notes, roots of liquorice, pear, clementine and candied mandarins. There is a long finish with minty and aniseed touch.
