An everyday wine. Ideal for barbecues and tapas. A good accompaniment for lamb and other roast meats, pasta dishes, risottos, lentils, pulses and semi-mature cheeses. It is also the perfect wine for aperitifs or to be enjoyed on its own.
Hand harvested. fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control and cold maceration.
Notes of red and black fruits intertwined with light notes of toast from its time spent in oak barrels.Fresh and juicy, light on the palate but with a full-flavoured finish.
