Dry, elegant, organic! Château Gairoird produces organic wines on its 45 hectare domaine just outside the village of Cuers in the Côtes de Provence AOC.
Elegant with sweet fruit aromas and flavours of ripe peaches on the palate. Perfect apéritif but also a good match with a crab fritter, sushi, tuna tartare or salmon. While in Provence it may be served with bouillabaisse (a tomato and saffron infused fish stew). Also suits a creamy goat cheese.
